LACMA is to present the most comprehensive U.S. retrospective of Photographer William Eggleston, October 31, 2010 through January 16, 2011.
Eggleston is regarded as a master of color photography and for his portrayal of quintessentially American scenes.
Amongst many things, the exhibition will also focus on the use of his photographs on numerous album covers, and his inspiring influence on filmmakers of today.
